Review and pay your bill online via www.smiledash.com. SmileDash Patient Portal is a free and convenient way to access our front desk services from your computer. Other features include checking scheduled appointments, sending secure messages to Dr. Stacy Johnson and his staff, viewing personal images and documents before and after your appointment.
Care Credit
- Based upon approval. Application can be filled out and processed in the office or you may apply online at www.carecredit.com*
- Offer 3 interest free payment plans (3, 6, or 12 months)
- Minimum charge to be eligible for no interest plans is $300
- No cost to apply, no down payment necessary, and no annual fee
- For charges exceeding $1000 Care Credit offers Extended Payment Plans up to 60 months at a low rate of 11.9%
- Can be used at a variety of healthcare facilities

Minimum charge to be eligible for Unicorn financing $1000. Interest free payment plans ranging from 6-24 months.
